I'm in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, for a year on a fulbright scholarship teaching English at 2 public elementary schools.
Food is something I love, cooking and exploring, I think it's a fascinating way to explore identity. I will be reporting on some food and other miscellaneous ventures.
So, I'm going to Taiwan for a year to teach english and cook. I guess the blog thing is the way to go. I'm hoping to post mainly related to cooking ventures, hope to keep in touch.
